This interview and tour was so much fun that we had to make it a 3 part series! (and of course we had to stay for the wine tasting too). In part three, Vince explains the rest of the wine fermentation process, how they bottle the wine and how they get it all ready to be sent out for the shelves at local stores. He also offers some great advice about working with family while running a business, insight for younger business owners and information on the wine industry. This is great. I have never seen the inside of a winery but would love to one day. This was a like a personal tour so thank you! It is amazing what all goes into making a bottle of wine but it’s so cool to see the process.
