Dear Robert…

One of our viewers sent us this question the other day:

“I caught your show the other day and I didn’t understand the difference between a bad customer and a CustoMonster. Can you explain?”  James White – Buffalo, NY

Of course we jumped at the chance to say the word CustoMonster…Hopefully this answers your question James and thanks for writing us.

Are you a bad customer?

The article Robert refers to in the video is from MSN Money titled “Are you a bad customer?” By Liz Pulliam Weston. Here’s a quote from the article:

“ING Direct, an online bank with 6.1 million customers, shuts down the accounts of 3,000 to 4,000 people a month. And like Spring, ING Direct isn’t apologizing; the bank’s CEO says some customers are simply more trouble than they’re worth.”

That is AWESOME. What have we been saying people? Nice to see larger companies taking a stand rather than the same old customer service yada yada you always see and hear from larger corporations.
