OPEN Forum asked a handful of small business owners how they deal with difficult customers. In our kindest words.. we would say that we disagree with the feedback 100%. Customers are definitely the bread and butter to a business, but those that cannot be pleased should be fired.
One guy in the video states that there are no bad customers in the world, but only bad sales representatives.. REALLY? If you consider this the way to deal with difficult customers, your business will end up losing money in the long run. Fire your bad customers, and give your good customers the time and attention they deserve from you.
