This is something we discussed a few weeks ago about how a business owner should let employees have the right to fire a CustoMonster if they come across one. If this happens you should back them up on that. Now take note that employees don’t need to be rude to every customer that walks through the door coping an attitude with them. We are talking about the CustoMonsters that you just absolutely cannot please in any way, shape or form and lack respect for everyone involved.
